aka 'Corky' passed away on Friday, May 29,2020. He resided in Philadelphia, PA. Clarence was born to Florence & Clarence Sr. Oechsle, his parents whom are now deceased. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He fought for so many years unfortunately he lost his battle to Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. Our father was a courageous, loving man. The best grandfather to all his grandchildren. He was always giving without wanting anything in return. He had such a beautiful soul. No man on this earth would ever compare to our father. He will truly be missed by all who loved him and known him. He left behind 3 daughters, Angela, Veronica & Vanessa. Also 7 grandchildren, 4 brothers , 3 sisters. He will now be reunited with his parents and also brother James in heaven.
