CORNELIUS "NEAL" t. SWANSON

JULY 6, 1963 - FEBRUARY 18, 2023

Neal p assed away suddenly in his home February 18. Neal was born in Philadelphia to the late Gerald F and Cornelia H Swanson. Married to Karen Swanson (née Hamilton) for 38 years, Neal was a devoted father to his daughters Brittany, Melissa, Miranda(Alex), Nicole, and JoLynn. He adored his grandchildren Sienna, Riley, Kayden, Fiona, Ryan, Wyatt, Maeve, Skylar, Leo and the late Tristan. Also survived by two sisters Christine Tierney (Mauri) and Joanne Swanson and was a devoted uncle to his nieces and nephews. After graduating from Father Judge High School, he worked as a plumber since 1987 at Local 690, following in his father's footsteps. Everyone knew how hard Neal worked, so he could provide for his family and enjoyed being "down the shore" fishing and crabbing with his wife, children and grandchildren.Neal had a passion for music and was a life long Rolling Stones fan.
