DOMINICK A. CHIARIZIO
NOVEMBER 16, 1940 - SEPTEMBER 27, 2021
In Loving Memory of Dominick Anthony Chiarizio
Dominick "Tony " Chiarizio, 80, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,
September 27, 2021
. Tony was born in Nesquehoning, Pa,
November 16, 1940
, to Nick and Mary (LaRizzio) Chiarizio.
Tony was an Air Force Flight Engineer during the Vietnam War. He loved telling war stories about the days on the C-130. He was a brave man who would do anything to protect his country and those he loved. He was Maintenance Supervisor at Triangle Container Corporation, later Menasha Packaging, for 31 years. He was a highly skilled Engineer who could repair anything.
Tony married the love of his life, Grace Paciocco, on
March 6th, 1971
, and loved his "wifey" with all his heart. Together they spent fifty blissful years until her own recent passing. Tony was a devoted husband and father and would drop everything if his wife or son needed him. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. He enjoyed taking Grace to Atlantic City as much for a Sunday drive, as for a mini-vacation. His favorite shore town was Seaside Heights
where many memories were made. Saturdays were usually spent with the rest of the family, and we will all miss our time together.
He is survived by his son, Tony Chiarizio (Diana), sisters Josephine "Jo" Ratajczak, Concetta "Connie" Zingaro (Joseph), brother-in-law, Hank Zlotnik, and sister-in-law, Min Ye Chiarizio. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Grace, his parents Nick and Mary, his sisters Bessie Chiarizio and DeLinda "Linda" Zlotnik, his
brother Carmen Chiarizio, brother-in-law, John Ratajczak, and his beloved dog, Muffy.
He will always be remembered as "Uncle Tony" to his many nieces and nephews, and "Butch" to his remaining siblings and cousins. His legacy lives on in his grandchildren, Deanna Chiarizio and Christian Chiarizio, and great grandchild, Johnny Imbrenda.
A mass of Christian burial will be held at
