Bello , Frances (nee Patane) died August 31, 2018 Loving wife of the late Vincent J.  Beloved mother of Joseph (Diane).  Dear Grandmother of Nicole, Melissa(Frank), and Jessica.  Also survived by her sister Sylvia(John), and her brother John (Theresa).
