Mulligan, Jean C.(nee Uselis) May 30, 2025. Beloved wife of the Edgar E. Loving mother of Steven Mulligan (Kathy), Garry Mulligan (Mary), Sandra Kopsitz (Michael), Kenneth Mulligan (Diane) and Kevin Mulligan (Linda). Dear Grandmother of 11 and the late Kelli and Great-Grandmother of 13. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Gathering Saturday June 7, 2025 from 9:00am to 10:00am. Christian Burial Service 10:00am. Burial to follow service at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.
