Beloved son of Elsa and Arnold F. Richter. Devoted and loving father of Brian and loving grandfather of Avalynn, Alexandria, and Alisya. Loving father-in-law to Angela. Survived by his loving brother, Raymond.
Norman was a versatile and talented musician who also had a great love of fishing.
