Russell Pellizzeri: June 19, 1938- February 3, 2018

With heavy hearts, we mourn the loss of Russell Pellizzeri (age 79). Loving son of late Dominic Pellizzeri and late Eleanor Sperduto. Beloved husband of the late Patricia McGaughly and the late Daneen O'Donnell. Dear brother of Lorraine, the late Maryann, Diana, and the late Vincent. Beloved father of Marnie, Russell, and the late Tara. Dear grandfather of Ashley, Gregory, Scott, Brianna, and Gina, and great grandfather of Peyton and Scott. Russell was a police officer for twenty-seven years. He was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan. At all times, Russell would have his newspaper and crossword puzzles in his hands, and he would be singing along to Frank Sinatra. He was well loved by many people: his family, friends, and fellow Police officers. You could count on him for a laugh or for a shoulder to lean on through rough times. Russell was a strong man who pushed through all of the obstacles life had thrown at him and showed us all how to stand tall. Always and forever, Russell will be loved for his pure heart and the light he shared when he walked into the room.
