William J. Steel

May 22, 1947 - July 26, 2020

William J. Steel - 73 years of age, of Mayfair, passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2020.

Beloved son of the late John and Agnes (née Nagy) Steel.  Dearest brother of Agnes Steel and Mary (Robert) Williams.   William retired in 2009 from the Federal Government (Defense Finance Accounting Service) in Cleveland, OH and returned to Philadelphia.  He was a member of St. Timothy's Golden Friends Club and the Association of Government Accountants. Bill loved to travel and was an avid photographer. He enjoyed photographing the scenery of his travels.

Friends are invited to attend his viewing Friday, July 31, 2020 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at
St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church, 3001 Levick Street, Philadelphia, PA 19149.  Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am, Interment: Resurrection Cemetery, 5201 Hulmeville Rd, Bensalem, PA 19020.
